Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Refund Method

All eligible returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a B&G Gift Card.

Processing Time

Returns are processed within 5–7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.

Packaging Guidelines

To ensure timely processing:

• Please package each order separately.
• Returns containing multiple orders in a single package may experience delays.
• Credit will not be issued for any non-eligible items returned.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that formalwear is non-returnable and non-refundable.
